Amazing location but noisy nights

Location is a big win, just a quick walk to the action on Istiklal Street. The room was decent, but man, the noise from nearby nightclubs was brutal! I didn't even try the breakfast because the room cleanliness was questionable. Staff was friendly though, which helped a bit. Loved the special diet options.

pera hill is perfectly located right off the bustling istiklal street, making it super easy to explore coffee shops and gift stores. the free breakfast is definitely a highlight, better than most hotels. the rooftop area offers great views as you enjoy your meal, which is a bonus!
